Original HVAC chiller system (30+ years old) was failing causing frequent periods of insufficient cooling and dehumidification for hotel guests. The cost of the new chiller system was high requiring significant new owner capital.
SOLUTION
Developed energy project and defined corresponding repairs and maintenance savings that underwrote an energy loan that funded 100% of the cost of a the new HVAC system.
